It's called Chicken Fling. Developed by a buddy of mine I have found it to be challenging in ways that flinging a chicken shouldn't be. It's tough but rewarding once you get a handle on it.
You have to hit the bullseye...took me awhile to figure out what I was trying to do but I had all the time in the world. I was only in a telephone conference at work :)
