I am a Grill Whore
Oh yes I love anything that burns charcoal and wood and lets me cook on top of them. With the death of my smoker over the winter I needed to get something new. My little hibachi has been filling in for the last couple of weeks but last night I spotted this bad boy and fell in love.

ReplyDeleteI have the same whore like addiction, however, I am a big fan of propane. If I need smoke, i can always make and toss in a smoker packet. I will agree though that nothing takes the place of a real smoker! Made a garlic and hoisen marinaded pork tenderloin this past weekend.

I love grilling on coals. OMG there is nothing like bbq chicken on a bbq grill....YUM!

ReplyDeletePropane sucks! Kingsford all the way. I have a very similar grill, and I love it. I use it quite regularly.
